Heppenheim sits directly south of Bensheim. For riders from Heppenheim, my studio is only a few minutes away. You get a short trip and still a thorough one-to-one analysis. You work directly with me, Lloyd Thomas.
Many riders here ride the classic Bergstrasse mix: flat rolling in the plain and climbs into the Odenwald, for example over the Juhöhe. That mix asks a lot of the position.
Why the short trip is still worth it
A precise fit works across many rides. If your neck, hands or saddle slow you down on longer routes, the cause is rarely a single part. I find the factors that really drive the load in your case, instead of guessing.
The session for riders from Heppenheim
Heppenheim is only a few minutes south of my studio, below Starkenburg Castle. The short drive does not mean a shorter session. I start with a movement screen off the bike, then move to the bike itself. Many riders from Heppenheim cover both sides of the same ride: flat tempo riding across the Rhine plain and climbs toward the Juhöhe in the Odenwald. That switch between flat and climb is exactly where a position gets tested — it either holds on both or only really works on one. I check saddle, cleats and cockpit under load in each case, then work through changes in a clear order rather than adjusting everything at once. You leave with a fit report showing the final measurements. For the full process behind this, see Bike Fitting in Bensheim.
